The system comprises a sand mixer, a feeding valve, a sand storehouse, a liquid material supply device, and a vibrating table. The sand storehouse is used for storing molding sand and supplying the sand mixer through the feeding valve. The sand storehouse is arranged above the sand mixer. The feeding valve is used to control the type and amount of sand supplied. The feeding valve is arranged between the sand storehouse and the sand mixer. The liquid material feeding device is used for storing binderand curing agent and supplying to sand mixer. The sand mixer is used for conveying molding sand, mixing molding sand with binder and curing agent and outputting mixture for forming sand mold.
