The method comprises the following steps: acquiring actual operation data of a subsystem in a nuclear power system; constructing a sub-task simulation model of the subsystem and determining influence factors of the sub-task simulation model of the subsystem; determining estimated values of the influence factors by utilizing fluid mechanics, heat transfer science and an automatic control principle; judging whether the estimated value is a correction value or not; if the estimated value is not the correction value, performing parameter optimization by using a swarm intelligence optimization algorithm to obtain an optimal value of the influence factor; correcting the sub-task simulation model of the subsystem by using the optimal value of the influence factor; determining a task simulation model of the nuclear power system according to all the corrected sub-task simulation models of the subsystems; determining a corrected task simulation model of the nuclear power system; and simulating the operation of the nuclear power system by utilizing the corrected task simulation model of the nuclear power system. According to the invention, the accuracy and the working efficiency of simulation of nuclear power system operation are improved.
