Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent pressurization system for a liquefied natural gas (LNG) cylinder. The intelligent pressurization system comprises the LNG cylinder and a pressurization pipe arranged on the LNG cylinder, wherein the pressurization pipe is provided with a first manually-operated valve, a pressurization valve and a pressurizer in sequence, the pressurization pipe is provided with a control valve in parallel connection with the pressurization valve through a bypass pipe, the LNG cylinder is provided with a pressure sensor, and the control valve is controlled by the pressuresensor. The pressurization system uses the parallel connection control valve to prevent a conventional pressurization pipeline from the failure of pressurization due to faults, when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure is lower than the rated pressure, the control valve is opened, thus the purpose of pressurizing the cylinder is realized and stable external gas supply of the cylinder is ensured; and when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure is higher than the rated pressure, the control valve is closed and stops pressurization to prevent excessive pressure in the cylinder.
