Abstract

The invention discloses a cracking furnace group scheduling modeling and method considering downstream disturbance constraints. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining sales income of various products, purchase cost of raw materials and decoking cost; acquiring a target function of a scheduling model, establishing constraint conditions, converting a MINLP problem into an MILP problem by using a piecewise linearization method, constructing an MILP model of cracking furnace group scheduling, and optimizing the MILP model by using CPLEX. The method is based on the limitation of dailyproduct yield; a scheduling strategy of the maximum cracking furnace system profitability is obtained, optimal arrangement of batch processing time and decoking sequence are planned for each crackingfurnace at the same time to process various feeding materials, and meanwhile, a control strategy for controlling daily product yield within a specified range is formed to avoid disturbance possibly occurring in a downstream process. In addition, trade-off analysis between product yield reduction and profit loss is carried out, and the profit capacity of a factory and the operability in the aspectof operation control are well balanced.
