Abstract

The invention provides a clutch actuator. The clutch actuator comprises a shell, pistons, driving mechanisms and transmission mechanisms. Pressure cavities are formed in the shell. The driving mechanisms are connected with the pistons through the transmission mechanisms. The transmission mechanisms are used for transforming rotary movement of the driving mechanisms into rectilinear movement so that the pistons can be driven to move axially in the shell and pressure can be applied to a pressure medium with which the pressure cavities are filled. Each driving mechanism comprises a stator and a rotor. Each transmission mechanism comprises a planetary roller screw rod, a bearing and a limiting block. Each planetary roller screw rod comprises a screw rod and a nut. One end of each screw rod isconnected with a corresponding piston, and the other end of each screw rod is connected with the corresponding limiting block. A guide hole is formed in the shell or each stator. Each limiting block is arranged in the guide hole in a manner that each limiting block is capable of axial movement but non-rotatable. Each nut is located between the corresponding piston and limiting block and connectedwith the corresponding rotor and can rotate following the corresponding rotor. Each bearing is fixedly installed in the shell and arranged outside the corresponding nut in a sleeving manner. Accordingto the clutch actuator, the structure is compact, the weight is light, and the clutch actuator is easy to assemble.
