Abstract

A circuit configuration for offset compensation includes a filter arrangement (3) for determining the common mode value in a supplied input signal (1), and a combination circuit (2) for subtracting the input signal and the output signal of the filter arrangement. A track- and hold- arrangement (4, 5, 6, 7) is connected between the filter arrangement (3) and the combination circuit, which is controllable by a control signal. The control signal is provided by a window-comparator arrangement (9), at whose input the input signal is supplied. The track- and hold- arrangement is in a track-mode when the input signal lies within a predetermined window, and otherwise in the hold-mode.
