The method comprises the steps that historical orders of tourism products and dialogue samples of the historical orders are collected, and historical dialogue statements are obtained from the dialogue samples to establish a first text; an input prediction sample set is established according to the historical orders of the tourism products and the first text in the ordering conversation process of the tourism products; keywords of time and places are extracted from conversation contents of the current user and the customer service staff, a tourism product library is searched according to the keywords, and an alternative tourism product set and a current input prediction statement set are established; and when the customer service staff carries out input, keyword matching is carried out on the dialogue content and historical dialogue statements in a current input prediction set, and the historical dialogue statement with the highest hit keyword number sequence is used as an input prediction statement to be provided for the customer service staff.
