The novel rainwater flow-dividing system comprises a water collecting device, the water collecting device comprises awater collecting well, the water collecting well communicates with a water inlet pipe, a drainage pipe and a main blow-off pipe, a filtering mechanism is arranged in the water collecting well, one end of the drainage pipe communicates with the bottom of the water collecting well, and the other end of the drainage pipe communicates with a water storage well at the same time; the main blow-off pipecommunicates with a sewage well; the filtering mechanism comprises a transversely-arranged filtering cylinder and a waste collecting tank fixed in the water collecting well, the filtering cylinder and the waste collecting tank are located at an upper opening of the water collecting well, one end of the filtering cylinder communicates with a water inlet pipe, the other end of the filtering cylinder communicates with the waste collecting tank, and a plurality of filtering holes are formed in the cylinder wall of the filtering cylinder in a penetrating mode; and the main blow-off pipe communicates with the bottom of the waste collecting tank, and a fixing part used for fixing the filtering cylinder is further arranged in the water collecting well.
