Abstract

The invention discloses hot air heating, energy-saving and efficient small livestock and poultry manure composting equipment and method. The equipment comprises a rack, a stacking fermentation system,a ventilation heating system and a control system. The stacking fermentation system comprises a fermentation bin, a pneumatic stirrer, an aeration pipeline, an exhaust pipeline and a deodorization device. The fermentation tank is used for containing stacked materials and is of a double-layer structure, and a thermal insulation material is placed in an interlayer. The pneumatic stirrer comprises an air cylinder, a fixed transverse plate, a rotating shaft and stirring blades. The ventilation heating system comprises an air pump, a three-way connector and a heating box. The air pump generates two independent ventilation lines through the three-way connector. The heating box is used for receiving and heating the gas conveyed by one ventilation line and dispersing the heated hot gas into the fermentation tank. The other ventilation line is used for driving the rotating shaft to rotate through the air cylinder. The control system comprises a detection device and a fermentation controller.
