Method for preparing bio-organic fertilizer by using biochar and biogas residue synergistic compost and application thereof

This invention provides a method and application for preparing bio-organic fertilizer through synergistic composting of biochar-containing biogas residue, belonging to the field of organic fertilizer preparation technology. The method includes: preparing biogas residue through anaerobic fermentation of livestock and poultry manure and crop straw; adding biochar and a compound microbial agent; conducting high-temperature aerobic composting; and obtaining bio-organic fertilizer through maturation and aging. The amount of biochar added is 5%-10% of the dry basis weight of the composting raw materials; the aerobic composting time is 35-45 days; and the high-temperature composting temperature is 55-65℃. The compound microbial agent includes *Bacillus steatophilus*, *Bacillus amyloliquefaciens*, and *Bacillus mucilaginosus*. The bio-organic fertilizer obtained by this invention can be used for crop soil improvement. This invention, through the synergistic effect of biogas residue, biochar, and compound microbial agent, effectively shortens the composting cycle, improves compost maturity, reduces nitrogen loss, passivates heavy metals, and significantly improves the quality of organic fertilizer.
