This application relates to the field of waste
incineration, particularly a magnetic co-
incineration system for high-
viscosity alkaline organic waste. It includes a treatment, concentration,
drying, and
magnetization section; an ultrasonic
resonance magnetization device; a reverse magnetic conveying device; and a magnetic alkali
incineration section. The incinerator top of the magnetic alkali incineration section is equipped with an auxiliary
magnetic field and an ignition burner. The upper part of the furnace is the main
combustion zone, and the lower part is an electric fusion
pool for the auxiliary
combustion zone. From top to bottom, the upper sidewall of the main
combustion zone is equipped with a
solid waste feed chute, a primary annular tuyer, a waste liquid spray gun, and a secondary annular tuyer. A
burnout annular tuyer is located in the middle of the sidewall of the main combustion zone. By further concentrating the concentrated
wastewater to a
solid state, the overall calorific value of the material is increased, allowing the material itself to reach the designed incineration temperature. Addressing the problem of difficult conveying due to high
viscosity, this application magnetizes the material before it enters the
magnetic field for conveying. Inside the incinerator, the combined effect of the
magnetic field and magnetic combustion-supporting
powder extends the incineration time, ensuring complete incineration of the waste.
