The method comprises the steps: acquiring a frame of image from a video shot by a video camera to serve as a to-be-detected image;detecting whether the to-be-detected image contains a human face or not by utilizing a human face detection algorithm, if the to-be-detected image contains the human face, acquiring position information of the human face in the current to-be-detected image, and mapping the position information of the human face into an infrared temperature measurement module, otherwise, directly acquiring a nextframe of image; acquiring full-array temperature data in the face contour from the infrared temperature measurement module; according to the full-array temperature data in the human face contour, calculating a human body forehead temperature value through a human face temperature measurement algorithm, wherein the human face temperature measurement algorithm is used for eliminating interference ofabnormal temperature, external environment temperature and equipment heating temperature; and calculating the human body forehead temperature value through a conversion formula to obtain a human bodytemperature value. In combination with the video camera, a face detection algorithm in a video is utilized, a face is detected firstly, and then infrared temperature measurement is carried out, so wrong data can be effectively avoided, and the effectiveness of a temperature value and the accuracy of body temperature detection are ensured.
