Embodiment Construction

[0028] The embodiments of the minimally invasive in vivo data collection system of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0029] Laparoscope is similar to electronic gastroscope, which is a medical device with a miniature camera. Laparoscopic surgery is the operation performed using laparoscope and related instruments.

[0030] Laparoscopy usually consists of 5 basic systems: laparoscopic video surveillance system, CO2 insufflation system, electric cutting system, irrigation-suction system, surgical instruments, etc. Wherein, the laparoscopic camera and video surveillance system is composed of laparoscope, light source and light path, miniature camera, camera converter, monitor (television), automatic cold light source, video recorder. The commonly used laparoscopes have 0° and 30° viewing angles. Instruments of various specifications with diameters of 10mm, 5mm, and 2.5mm.

Abstract

The invention relates to a minimally invasive in-vivo data acquisition system. The system comprises a laparoscope structure used for being inserted into abdominal cavity of a patient through an abdominal minimally invasive incision, close to bladder, of the patient under control of medical personnel, and acquiring data in the abdominal cavity of the patient; radial detection equipment used for calculating the maximum radial radius of the largest bladder calculus in the bladder of the patient based on received field reference number and field reference depth; and a decision analysis mechanism connected with the radial detection equipment and used for sending out an in-vivo calculus removal signal when the received maximum radial radius is less than or equal to 3 mm, otherwise, sending out an operation calculus removal signal. The minimally invasive in-vivo data acquisition system is reliable in operation and stable in operation. According to the minimally invasive in-vivo data acquisition system, due to a fact that a size of the largest bladder calculus in a body of a patient can be recognized through a minimally invasive surgery mode, whether operation calculus removal needs to beexecuted or not is determined, and balance between human body trauma and treatment effect is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of minimally invasive surgery, in particular to a minimally invasive in vivo data acquisition system. Background technique [0002] The emergence of minimally invasive surgery and its wide application in the medical field are the last ten years. In 1987, the French doctor Mouret accidentally completed the first case of LC and did not expect that it marked the birth of a new medical milestone. The formation of the concept of minimally invasive is due to the progress of the entire medical model, which is driven by the "holistic" treatment concept. Minimally invasive surgery pays more attention to the improvement and rehabilitation of the patient's psychology, society, physiology (pain), mental outlook, and quality of life. [0003] Minimally invasive surgery has the advantages of less trauma, less pain and faster recovery. Take the most mature LC that has become the "gold standard" as an example: LC surgery has an in...
