Embodiments also include drug particle delivery devices and methods of intravesical administration. The delivery device may use a drug-loaded cannula cartridge filled with a rod-like product that is administered into the bladder of a patient by actuation of a pressure source or a piston. The distal end of the barrel may be connected to a bladder sheath or a soft tip for direct insertion into the urethra of the patient.
