Problems solved by technology

However, the sustainability and stability of clean energy supply has not been fully resolved, and human beings still face many challenges in the use of clean energy
Especially in the data center network, due to the different geographical locations, the clean energy supply of each data center at different times is also different, which makes it difficult for a single data center to provide a continuous supply of clean energy for a large number of businesses
Most of the existing research on green data center networks adopts green energy-saving schemes based on the total amount of fixed clean energy, but lacks in-depth consideration of the actual situation of clean energy supply fluctuating over time, which may lead to the actual proportion of clean energy consumption being lower than expected

[0041]1. Network model

[0042]Assume that the data center network is G(N, D, L), where N is a node set, D is a data center node set, and L is a link set. Each data center node is powered by hybrid energy, which includes clean energy and non-clean energy. Among them, clean energy includes hybrid clean energy composed of solar energy, water energy, and wind energy, and the supply of clean energy fluctuates over time, and the supply of non-clean energy is unlimited. When clean energy is insufficient, use non-clean energy ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a data center network service configuration method based on a clean energy time window, and belongs to the technical field of communication networks. In order to solve the problem of optimal utilization of clean energy and network bandwidth resources in a data center network service configuration process, the invention provides a service configuration method based on a clean energy time window. Corresponding data center clean energy consumption cost, access path energy consumption and access bandwidth resource cost are designed according to clean energy time window distribution of different data centers and service bandwidth and duration requirements, a simulated annealing algorithm thought is used to construct a routing bandwidth configuration model, through iterative optimization of different data center cleaning energy consumption, access path energy consumption and access bandwidth configuration, the total energy consumption in the service duration is effectively reduced, and the data center cleaning energy consumption ratio and the network bandwidth resource utilization rate are improved.

Description

Technical field[0001]The invention belongs to the technical field of communication networks, and specifically relates to a data center network service configuration method based on a clean energy time window. Background technique[0002]With the rapid development of cloud computing and information technology, the construction and operation of various large-scale data centers have caused the power consumption of data center networks to increase. According to statistics, the total power consumption of the global communication network is increasing at a rate of about 10% per year, which is much higher than the growth rate of overall power demand. As the large-scale use of non-clean energy such as coal and petroleum will produce a serious greenhouse effect and cause damage to the natural environment, how to effectively reduce energy consumption in the information and communications field and increase the proportion of clean energy use has become a healthy development of the information and...
