Abstract

The invention provides a permeability determination method and device based on rock induced polarization. The method comprises the steps: generating the measurement polarizability of a rock core according to complex resistivity data of the rock core of a reservoir in a research area and a corrected GEMTIP model; generating the theoretical polarizability of the rock core according to the induced polarization parameter of the rock core and the corrected GEMTIP model; and generating the reservoir conventional permeability of the research area according to the characteristic permeability of the rock core, the measurement polarizability and the theoretical polarizability. The method provided by the invention effectively solves the problem of inaccurate measurement of permeability of low-porosity, low-permeability and compact reservoirs by a conventional electrical method, thereby providing important parameter basis for evaluation and efficient exploitation of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs.
