The non-reciprocal phased-array antenna unit comprises a top layer and a bottom layer which are printed at two sides of a dielectric substrate respectively, wherein the top layer comprises a feed network and a resonance patch which is connected with the feed network into a whole; the feed network comprises a first feed point, a second feed point, a third feed point and a fourth feed point which are arranged at different positions of the feed network respectively, and the feed network is used forfeeding in radio frequency signals; the bottom layer comprises four modulation signal circuits, each modulation signal circuit comprises a coplanar waveguide, and the coplanar waveguides are used forfeeding in low-frequency modulation signals; each feed point of the feed network is communicated with one modulation signal circuit, and the low-frequency modulation signal fed by the coplanar waveguide of each modulation signal circuit is used for being loaded to the corresponding feeding point.
