The method comprises the following steps: establishing an economic dispatching model by takingthe lowest total power generation cost of an actual generator set as an objective function; screening and correcting the input quantity of the economic dispatching model according to constraint conditions by utilizing a power distribution method, and determining the optimal valve point power; training the economic dispatch model by using the optimal valve point power, and determining the trainedeconomic dispatch model; according to the optimal valve point power, establishing a virtual generator set penalty performance function by utilizing a virtual generator set algorithm; establishing an optimal economic dispatching model according to the trained economic dispatching model and the virtual generator set penalty performance function; and according to the optimal economic dispatching model, carrying out optimal distribution on the economy of the power system, so that the total power generation cost of the actual generator set is the lowest. The optimal economic distribution of the power system can be realized, and the economic distribution efficiency and the distribution quality are improved.
