The invention provides storage equipment, a memory and a data processing method, the storage equipment comprises a plurality of DRAMs, and each DRAM comprises a first DQS transceiver circuit, an ID extraction module and a mode register group; the mode register group is used for setting the register state bit of the programming state mode register from 0 to 1 after receiving the first MPC command,after a second MPC command is received, setting the state bit of the register from 1 to 0; the first DQS transceiver circuit is used for adjusting to an input state when a register state bit is set from 0 to 1, converting a DQS differential clock signal into a single-ended clock signal after receiving the DQS differential clock signal, and sending the single-ended clock signal to the ID extractionmodule; and the ID extraction module is used for counting the single-ended clock signals sent by the first DQS transceiver circuit and generating the ID of the DRAM corresponding to the ID extractionmodule according to the counting result.
