Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of decoction piece detection. The invention particularly relates to a near-infrared quality control method for rapidly detecting pollen typhae charcoal processing in real time by using a gradient discrimination method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing and collecting a sample and acquiring spectral data of the sample in two modes;(2) preprocessing the spectral data, and determining characteristic spectrum segments of different acquisition modes; and (3) establishing a qualitative identification model by adopting a gradient identification method. According to the method, the pollen typhae charcoal processing quality is objectively, rapidly, simply, conveniently and digitally evaluated by utilizing a near-infrared analysis method based on a gradient discrimination method for the first time; and a basis is provided for production and quality supervision of the pollen typhae charcoal decoction pieces.
