diameter reflector. An existing reflector supporting method is difficult to ensure the surface form accuracy and
assembly requirementsof a reflector under conditions such as
self weight and temperature change. According to the adaptive supporting method for the large-
diameter reflector of the invention, memory
alloy driving modulesare uniformly distributed in a flexible supporting module in a six-point manner; the flexible supporting module is finely adjusted; three or more flexible supporting units are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the reflector so as to be used for supporting the reflector. On the basis of the driving characteristic of memory
alloy, the heating of the memory
alloy is controlled through a central
signal processor, and therefore, the deformation quantity of memory alloy wires can be controlled; the pressure values of supporting points after deformation are fed back to thecentral
signal processor through pressure sensors; continuous adjustment is carried out, so that stress exerted by the flexible supporting module onto supporting portions can be finely adjusted and balanced; the influence of the errors of block supporting structures such as motors can be avoided; the static and dynamic
structural rigidity of the supporting structure of the method of the inventioncan be adaptively and intelligently adjusted, and therefore, the influence of gravity, external load, temperature change, vibration and the like on the surface form accuracy of the reflector can be decreased.
