The magnetizing device comprises an inner magnetic pole, an outer magnetic pole, a magnet yoke ring, an exciting coil and a magnetizing power supply; the inner magnetic pole comprises a cylindrical middle part, the exciting coil is wound on the periphery of the cylindrical middle part of the inner magnetic pole, and two ends of the exciting coil are electrically connected with the magnetizing power supply; two ends of the inner magnetic pole respectively faceone outer magnetic pole, and a magnetizing space for placing a magnetic shoe to be magnetized is arranged between the end surface of the inner magnetic pole and the opposite end surface of the outermagnetic pole; one end, deviating from the inner magnetic pole, of the outer magnetic pole is connected with the magnet yoke ring.
