The method comprises steps of acquiring the position information and the speed information of a target vehicle at a first moment, and a received signal strength value between the target vehicle and a roadside unit, the first moment being used for indicating a current moment; and determining the position information and the speed information of the target vehicle at a second moment based on the position information, the speed information and the received signal strength value, the second moment being used for indicating a next moment of the current moment. Through the method of the embodiment of the specification, the position information, the speed information and the received signal strength value can be combined to determine the position information, and the precision of determining the position information is improved.
