The drive mechanism drives the second sliding base to ascend through a conveying belt. When reaching the upper end of the first slide way, the first sliding base enters an arc-shaped slide way section. The second sliding base continues ascending, and thus the lifting hopper inclines and discharges materials through a discharging hopper.
