Abstract

The invention discloses a treatment method for spin-drying and drying a cleaned turnover box. The treatment method comprises a turnover box spin-drying machine, and a feeding conveying unit and a discharging conveying unit are arranged on two sides of the turnover box spin-drying machine separately; a first pushing actuator is adopted to convey the turnover box to be spin-dried to a specified position of a working platform of the turnover box spin-drying machine; then, a jacking actuator at the bottom of the turnover box spin-drying machine is used for lifting and jacking the turnover box intoa clamping groove of a clamping and locating top cover, a rotary driving motor is started to drive the turnover box to rotate, and water on the turnover box is removed through spin-drying; then, an actuating rod of the jacking actuator is declined and reset, and the turnover box falls onto the working platform, so that spin-drying is completed; and next, the spin-dried turnover box on the workingplatform is pushed out of the working platform to the discharging conveying unit through a second pushing actuator, and then the spin-dried turnover box is conveyed to a subsequent drying system through the discharging conveying unit for drying.
