The invention provides an electric power traffic coupling system coordination game scheduling method based on EV vehicle owner willingness, and the method comprises the steps: (1), building a trafficnetwork model which comprises a traffic network topology model built based on a graph theory and an EV vehicle owner charging behavior model; (2) establishing a double-layer coordination game scheduling model of the power traffic coupling network, establishing an optimization model of an upper-layer power network by taking the lowest power distribution cost as an optimization target and considering network constraints, and establishing a non-cooperative game model of each charging station in a lower-layer traffic network by taking self-income maximization as a target; (3) solving the double-layer optimization model, solving the optimal power flow problem of the upper-layer power grid by adopting a second-order cone programming method, obtaining the node electricity price of the power gridby adopting a power flow tracking method, solving the non-cooperative game problem of the charging station in the lower-layer traffic network by adopting a greedy algorithm, and alternately iteratingoptimization variables of upper and lower-layer sub-problems until the problem converges, and and achieving unified scheduling and optimized operation of the system.
