The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) processing the hydrogenated lecithin into a granular hollow sphere by utilizing a high-pressure emulsifying machine; (2) wrappingthe coenzyme Q10 in the center of the hollow sphere to form a coenzyme Q10-wrapped hydrogenated lecithin sphere, namely a liposome; and (3) adding the lipidosome obtained in the step (2) into essenceaccording to a specific ratio to obtain the antioxidant essence. According to the invention, the coenzyme Q10 and the hydrogenated lecithin are processed into the lipidosome with the particle size of50-150 nm through the high-pressure emulsifying machine according to the specific ratio; the lipidosome wraps the outermost layer, and the lecithin is used; the emulsifying capacity of the lecithin is utilized; and meanwhile, due to the fact that the coenzyme Q10 is wrapped by the lecithin, direct contact with the skin is avoided and the irritation of the coenzyme Q10 to the skin is reduced.
