Abstract

The invention discloses a method for researching chiseling effect of a rocket sled shoe rail. An equivalent plane strain analysis model is established by simplifying a sled body part on a rocket sledsystem sliding shoe; then, a Stefani-Parker semi-empirical formula is adopted to determine and analyze matching standards of sliding shoe and sliding rail materials used by the model; a proper constitutive model and a state equation are selected according to the behavior of the material during chiseling; finally, a corresponding model is designed in combination with actual working conditions to research critical conditions generated by the chiseling effect and influence rules of different factors on the critical conditions. The establishment of the model is completed and calculated based on amaterial point method theory in combination with NairnMPM software and a result is analyzed.
