The method comprises the following steps of: pushing a transmitting probe to the well wall in the cased well, and exciting the SH waves on the inner wall of a casing through the transmitting probe; pushing a receiving probe to the well wall at a set spacing position, and receivingthe SH waves in the casing along the circumferential direction through the receiving probe; judging whether the amplitude of the received SH waves is greater than a set amplitude threshold value or not; if so, indicating that the cementing quality of an interface I or an interface II is poor; if not, indicating that the cementing quality of the interface I and the interface II is good; when the cementing quality of the interface I or the interface II is poor, acquiring a frequency dispersion curve through a plurality of receiving waveforms; and determining an interface cementing quality resultaccording to the shape and the number of the frequency dispersion curve, wherein the interface cementing quality result is poor in cementing quality of the interface I and the interface II. Accordingto the method and the system, the SH waves on the inner wall of the casing are directly measured, and the method and the system are sensitive to water layers on the interface I and the interface II of the cased well, so that the cementing quality can be accurately and effectively measured and evaluated.
