The method comprises the steps of receiving a data distribution request sent by a user, obtaining an identifier of to-be-distributed data in the request to judge whether to-be-distributed data exists in a database or not, if yes, obtaining the to-be-distributed data and configuring the to-be-distributed data into a data distribution template, and if not, obtaining a preset template engine according to the identifier and feeding back the preset template engine to the user, thus to allow the user to edit the to-be-distributed data; configuring the edited to-be-distributed data into a data distribution template, obtaining a corresponding calling rule from a preset rule engine based on a target parameter in the configured data distribution template, and calling a preset external interface to execute data distribution processing based on the calling rule and the data distribution template; and obtaining a distribution result of the to-be-distributed data and feeding back to the user. By utilizing the method and the system, the reliability of data distribution can be improved, and the phenomenon of overhigh system load caused by distribution retry is reduced.
