A four-side sealing device of a high-speed packaging machine comprises a rack, a forming unit, a longitudinal sealing unit and a top sealing unit, as well as a bottom sealing unit and a shaping unit, and the forming unit, the longitudinal sealing unit and the top sealing unit are installed on the rack separately; the bottom sealing unit and the shaping unit are arranged on the rack separately, and the bottom sealing unit and the shaping unit are sequentially arranged between the forming unit and the longitudinal sealing unit; the bottom sealing unit is used for rolling and sealing the bottom of a folded film discharged from the forming unit; and the shaping unit is used for opening the top of the film of which the bottom is sealed to form a top seam enough for a filling pipe of a filling device to insert.
