[0044] The invention provides a preparation method of polybutylene terephthalate-adipate / starch fully biodegradable film, comprising:

[0045] Mixing starch with a modifier for modification treatment to obtain modified starch;

[0046] Mix and extrude polybutylene terephthalate-adipate resin, modified starch, reinforcing agent, lubricant, and small-molecule plasticizer to obtain the resin for film blowing;

[0047] The blown film is blown with the resin to obtain the polybutylene terephthalate-adipate / starch fully biodegradable film.

[0048] The preparation method of a polybutylene terephthalate-adipate / starch fully biodegradable film provided by the present invention first mixes starch with a modifier for modification treatment to obtain modified starch.

[0049] The weight ratio of starch and modifier in the modified starch is preferably (90-100): (1-3); more preferably (93-100): (1-2.5); most preferably (95-100 ): (1~2); The starch is preferably corn starch.

Abstract

The invention provides a PBAT/starch full biodegradation composition, which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials: 50 to 85 weight parts of PBAT, 10 to 40 weight parts ofmodified starch, 0.3 to 3 weight parts of lubricating agents, 5 to 15 weight parts of small molecule plasticizers and 1 to 5 weight parts of enhancing agents, wherein the modified starch is starch modified by a modifying agent; the modifying agent is a mixture of one of maleic anhydride and butanedioic anhydride, and one of titanium ester coupling agents, aluminic acid ester coupling agents and silane coupling agents. By mixing PBAT resin, the modified starch and the rest auxiliary agents, and combining the specific proportion, a thin film prepared by the finally prepared composition has theadvantages of high tensile and tear strength, good elasticity modulus, good elongation at break, high density, high degradation performance and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of materials, in particular to a polybutylene terephthalate-adipate / starch fully biodegradable film and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] The environmental pollution caused by petroleum-based plastics is becoming more and more serious, and there is an urgent need to replace them with fully degradable plastics. Polybutylene terephthalate-adipate (PBAT) is a fully degradable plastic widely studied at home and abroad. However, the thin film prepared by pure PBAT is soft, has low strength and high cost, which is limited in many application fields. Therefore, in the application process, PBAT is usually blended with other materials to improve its application performance. [0003] The high raw material cost of PBAT is a major factor limiting its promotion and use. Therefore, it is a necessary process to add low-cost fillers for blending modification during PBAT processing. Ning et al. r...
