Abstract

An embodiment of the invention provides a phase unwrapping method and device in Doppler optical coherence tomography. The method comprises the steps of: based on a wrapped image in Doppler optical coherence tomography, through using a pre-built phase unwrapping classification model based on a deep learning residual network, acquiring a wrapping number corresponding to a wrapping phase in the wrapping image; calculating a real phase corresponding to the wrapping image based on the wrapping phase and the wrapping number corresponding to the wrapping phase, wherein the phase unwrapping classification model based on the deep learning residual network sets the deviation between the wrapping phase and the real phase to be integer multiples of 2 pi in advance, the classification model based on the deep learning residual network is constructed based on the setting, and the phase unwrapping problem is converted into the semantic segmentation problem; and training by using the constructed training sample.
