The coal gas and the combustion-supporting gas are mixed in the top horizontal channel and are ignited and combusted through an electronic igniter; or high-temperature gas is introduced into the top horizontal channel through a high-temperature gas inlet. High-temperature waste gas generated after the coal gas and the combustion-supporting gas are combusted or high-temperature gas introduced from the outside flows along the top horizontal channel is led out through a waste gas lead-out port at the other end.
