According to the invention, at least one abnormal vibration monitoring device is arranged at each of different parts of the vehicle with abnormal vibration, so that the abnormal vibration signal can be expanded when the vehicle has abnormal vibration; the abnormal vibration monitoring device can collect the abnormal vibration signal and send the collected abnormal vibration signal to the train brake control unit for further processing, and therefore comprehensive monitoring, diagnosis and early warning can be provided for sensing and analyzing abnormal vibration of the rail train.
