Abstract

The invention discloses a calibration device which is used for calibrating a memory. The calibration device comprises an input end, a first pull-up circuit and a first comparator. The input end is used for being coupled with an external resistor. The first pull-up circuit is coupled to the input end and is used for receiving a power supply voltage. The first pull-up circuit comprises a plurality of first pull-up units, and the first pull-up units are connected in parallel. The first comparator is coupled to the input end. The first comparator is used for receiving a proportional voltage corresponding to a power supply voltage and outputting a first control signal to the first pull-up units, so that the resistance value of each of the first pull-up units is equal to the resistance value of the external resistor. The embodiment of the invention provides a calibration device which is used for calibrating the memory, so that the memory is matched with an external device in impedance, and the condition that a high-frequency signal output by the memory is reflected is improved.
