The invention discloses a calculation method of porosity of lacustrine carbonate rock, and the method comprises the steps: firstly obtaining a seismic inversion model of the lacustrine carbonate rock; secondly, improving the spatial representation capability of the seismic inversion model of the lacustrine carbonate rocks through a multichannel spatial constraint seismic inversion method, and obtaining three-dimensional wave impedance parameters of the lacustrine carbonate rocks; and finally, realizing conversion between the three-dimensional wave impedance parameter and the porosity parameter of the lacustrine carbonate rock by utilizing a BP neural network algorithm, and obtaining the porosity parameter of the lacustrine carbonate rock. According to the invention, the three-dimensional wave impedance parameter in the seismic data of the lacustrine carbonate rock is successfully converted into the porosity parameter through calculation means such as a multi-channel space constraint inversion method and a BP neural network algorithm, so that the inversion precision of the longitudinal wave impedance is improved; errors caused by calculating the porosity through multivariate fitting are avoided, and the method can be used for predicting the lacustrine carbonate rock porosity.
