Abstract

Nucleotides are a mixture of five nucleotides: CMP, AMP, UMP, GMP, and IMP. Nucleotides have a small molecular weight, can be absorbed by the human body quickly and have high bioavailability. The present invention finds that the intake of nucleotides can alleviate the symptoms of allergic rhinitis in mice, alleviate the splenomegaly caused by allergy, significantly reduce the level of histamine in serum and nasal lavage fluid, and effectively regulate inflammatory factors, thereby treating allergies effect of disease. It can be used to prepare drugs for preventing and treating allergic rhinitis and other diseases or functional food for alleviating symptoms of allergic rhinitis, and provides a new way for dietary intervention to regulate immune function.
