The functional continuous wire parallel type composite 3D printing device comprises a heating assembly, as well as a base layer printing nozzle, a functional continuous wire printing nozzle and a covering layer printing nozzle which are arranged on the heating assembly according to the printing sequence, wherein the base layer printing nozzle is mounted on the heating assembly and used for laying a base layer material on a printing platform; the functional continuous wire printing nozzle is mounted on the heating assembly and used for laying functional continuous wires on the base layer material, and a tensioning assembly is arranged in the functional continuous wire printing nozzle; and the covering layer printing nozzle is mounted on the heating assembly and used for laying a covering layer material on the functional continuous wires and the base layer material. According to the functional continuous wire parallel type composite 3D printing device, the base layer material and the functional continuous wires are covered with the covering layer material, so that overprinting of different assemblies in parts can be achieved; and an additive mode serves as a technological means, so that the continuity and sealing performance of printing materials are enhanced.
