[0037] Experimental drugs: Tribulus, provided by the preparation room of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities, water (water, Watsons); massspectrometeracetonitrile (Fisher); formic acid (Sigma-Aldrich). D-galactose, CAT, SOD, GSH-Px, MDA kit (Roche Diagnostics Co., Ltd., Germany).
[0079]The SOD, MDA, CAT, GSH-Px of different groups of mice were detected, and the results were as follows: Figure 12 shown. SOD, MDA, CAT, and GSH-Px on the oxidative stress pathway change, and drugs have a callback effect on this change. The experimental results are as follows: the blood CAT, serum SOD and GSH-Px indexes of the model rats in the model group were all significantly decreased, and the serum MDA index was significantly increased. However, the indexes of the rats fed with the extract of Tribulus terrestris tended to return to the normal value. There is statistical significance (P<0.01).
[0082] Effects of water extract of Tribulus terrestris on apoptosis of model rat liver cells as follows: Figure 13 shown. Compared with the normal control group, the number of apoptotic hepatocytes in the model group increased significantly, with statistical significance (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the number of hepatic cell apoptosis in the large, medium and small dosage groups of Tribulus terrestris was significantly reduced, which was statistically significant (P<0.01). It shows that the water extract of Tribulus terrestris can inhibit the apoptosis of model liver cells.

Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a Mongolian medicinetribulus terrestris ethanol extract, and belongs to the field of medicines. According to the present invention, the high fat feed induced rat hyperglycemia model is adopted, and the intragastric administration manner verifies that the tribulus terrestris ethanol extract can reduce the hyperglycemia induced by the high fat feed; experimental results show that for hyperglycemia induced by high-fat feed, the tribulus terrestris ethanol extract can improve metabolic component indexes to tend to normal values, improve antioxidantenzyme SOD, CAT and GSH-Px indexes, reduce serum MDA indexes and reduce the liver cellapoptosis rate. The tribulus terrestris ethanol extract has the effect of reducing blood sugar by resisting oxidation and reducing apoptosis expression of hepatocytes. In the invention, a group of 18 biomarkers related to the tribulus terrestris ethanol extract is screened by a metabonomics method, wherein the biomarkers can play a role in separation, research and identification of effective components in the subsequent tribulus terrestris ethanol extract.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to a preparation method and application of Mongolian medicineTribulus terrestris ethanol extract. Background technique [0002] Diabetes is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by hyperglycemia. Hyperglycemia is caused by defective insulinsecretion or impaired biological action, or both. Long-term high blood sugar leads to chronic damage and dysfunction of various tissues, especially the eyes, kidneys, heart, blood vessels, and nerves. The clinical manifestations are polydipsia, polyuria, polyphagia and diarrhea, fatigue, obesity, etc. Lowering or controlling blood sugar is an important measure to control the development of diabetes. At present, the most direct clinical way is to lower blood sugar through insulin injection, but it is expensive and brings some pain to patients. Therefore, it is necessary to find oral hypoglycemic drugs with low cost and good effect for the prevent...
