Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of extraction of natural products, and particularly relates to a method for removing various hazardous substances in capsorubin. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving capsorubin to be treated in an organic solvent, and separating hazardous substances through an organic solvent-resistant nanofiltration membrane, wherein the organic solvent is one or more selected from acetone, a vegetable oil extraction solvent and ethyl acetate. The method disclosed by the invention is simple in process and high in capsorubin yield, and a loss rate in the invention does not exceed 0.5% compared with a loss rate of a non-removal process. According to the method disclosed by the invention, multiple harmful components including benzopyrenes in capsorubin can be removed at the same time, and the content of benzopyrenes in capsorubin is reduced from dozens of ppb to less than 10 ppb; the concentrations of illegal dyes such as Sudan red and rhodamine B are decreased from dozens of to hundreds of ppb to 10 ppb or below; the concentrations of pesticide residues are decreased from dozens of ppm to 20 ppb or below; and thus, the quality requirement on high-end products is met, and safety is greatly improved.
