The display panel comprises a display substrate and a touch function layer, the display substrate is provided with a display area and a frame area located on one side of the display area, and the frame area comprises a bonding area. The touch function layer comprises a touch signal line layer and a touch electrode layer which are arranged in a stacked mode, and the touch electrode layer comprises a plurality of touch induction blocks. The touch signal line layer comprises a plurality of signal wires which are connected with the touch sensing blocks in a one-to-one correspondence mode and extend to the bonding area. The touch function layer comprises a fan-out area, and at least part of the fan-out area is located in the display area. The signal wire comprises a converging section located in the fan-out area, and the extending direction of the converging section intersects with the direction from the fan-out area to the bonding area. According to the display panel, the touch signal line layer and the touch electrode layer are arranged on different layers, and at least part of the fan-out area is located in the display area, so that the size of a frame of the display panel is reduced, meanwhile, the situation that signal wires occupy the space of the touch induction blocks in the display area is avoided, and the touch performance is guaranteed.
