Abstract

Besides pressing frequency and pressing depth data which can be provided by a traditional cardio-pulmonary resuscitation training monitoring device, the training monitoring device of the invention can judge whether a pressing direction is vertical or not and whether the pressure in the vertical direction is too large or not according to the magnitude and the direction of motion acceleration at the sternum, namely, impact exists. Appropriate pressing frequency, depth and springback guarantee the effectiveness of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation. The side effects of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, such as rib fracture, can be effectively reduced through vertical pressing and impact reduction, and the safety of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation operation is ensured. The monitoring device of the invention can calculate various pressing parameters in real time, the pressing parameters are compared with set threshold values to obtain a judgment result, and the judgment result is fed back to an operator in real time through vision or hearing, so the operator is helped to correct actions.
