The invention discloses an airway opening body position automatic regulator which includes a horizontal supporting board, a head supporting board, an electric cylinder, and also a vertical supporting board, a first laser distance sensor, a second laser distance sensor, a reflection board, a controller and a comparator, wherein the vertical supporting board, the first laser distance sensor, the second laser distance sensor, the reflection board, the controller and the comparator are disposed by the head supporting board. When a patient needs cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, bronchoscope examination and treatment or trachea cannula treatment, the patient is placed on the horizontal supporting board, and the reflection board is secured to the head of the patient, and the electric cylinder drives the head supporting board to rotate. When the distance signals, measured by the comparator, of the first laser distance sensor and the second laser distance sensor are equal to each other or within a predetermined error range, the airway opens to a desired position, at which time the comparator outputs a signal to the controller and the controller controls the electric cylinder to stop, thus automatically opening the airway. The airway opening body position automatic regulator of the invention has a higher working efficiency, can save labor and rescue time and can prevent technical problems of insufficient opening of the airway, excessive opening, or failed opening.
