The cleaning rotary disc comprises a working surface and a mounting surface which are opposite; one end of the connecting structure is rotatably connected to the mounting surface, the rotating axis is parallel to the working surface, and the other end of the connecting structure is mounted on the cleaning machine body; and the driving mechanism is connected with the connecting structure so as to drive the working surface of the cleaning rotary disc to be close to or away from the to-be-cleaned surface and continue to rotate after the gravity of the cleaning rotary disc is released to the to-be-cleaned surface, and pressure is provided for the cleaning rotary disc to be tightly attached to the to-be-cleaned surface. The idle stroke mechanism is arranged between the connecting structure and the driving mechanism, and the driving force of the driving mechanism to the connecting structure is released after the cleaning rotary disc falls to the ground. By arranging the idle stroke mechanism, after the gravity of the cleaning rotary disc is completely released to the to-be-cleaned surface, the driving mechanism continues to rotate to provide the pressure, and the pressure adjusting accuracy of the driving mechanism is improved.
