The invention relates to a method for processing test data of power supply system of a spacecraft by using a real-time database, and the method comprises the steps that a plurality of control machines synchronously generates rod lifting moments according to a rod lifting period when the data acquisition starting time is up; each control machine acquires parameters from instrument equipment corresponding to the parameters according to a parameter collection period between two adjacent rod lifting moments, wherein the parameter acquisition period is configured to be integer multiples of a rod lifting period; each control machine sends data collected in the rod lifting period to the server, wherein the data comprises an instrument equipment identifier, a parameter identifier of a parameter, a parameter value of the parameter, a parameter collection starting timestamp and a parameter collection ending timestamp; the server stores data acquired in the rod lifting period in a real-time database by taking the rod lifting period information as an index; and the real-time database pushes the stored data to the client according to a preset data pushing rule.
