The invention provides a rainfall spatial interpolation method and system, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: selecting N sites closest to an interpolation target grid, and obtaining a first weight coefficient of each site in the N sites on the interpolation target grid; adjusting the first weight coefficient according to a direction relationship between each station and an interpolation target grid to obtain a second weight coefficient; dividing a target area into different sub-areas based on the topographic change features, and obtaining a main slope direction of each sub-area; adjusting the second weight coefficient based on the main slope direction of each sub-region and according to the slope direction relation between the interpolation target grid and the sub-region where the station is located to obtain a third weight coefficient; establishing a rainfall elevation gradient relationship of the sub-regions; and based on the third weight coefficient and the rainfall elevation gradient relationship, calculating the surface rainfall of the target region, and obtaining a rainfall spatial interpolation result.
