Abstract

A method for identifying a rhododendron hybrid variety based on an EST-SSR molecular marker comprises the following steps of amplifying samples of the rhododendron hybrid variety by adopting a plurality of pairs of primers such as R26, R28, R29, S1, S14 and the like, then comparing amplified bands of all samples to be tested by utilizing a fluorescent capillary electrophoresis method, and identifying the rhododendron hybrid variety through comparison. The average allele number (Na), the Shannon's information index (I) and the polymorphic information content (PIC) of the 15 pairs of screened primers are 6.3333, 1.2977 and 0.5767 respectively, rich and stable polymorphism is shown, particularly, the five pairs of primers S14, S1, R29, R28 and R26 have the highest efficiency, can be used as core primers for screening hybrid offspring. And genetic diversity analysis and molecular marker-assisted breeding identification of different hybridized combinations and even distant hybridized combinations are facilitated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of plant biology, and relates to a method for identifying plant varieties, in particular to a method for identifying hybrid varieties of rhododendron subgenus Azalea based on EST-SSR molecular markers. Background technique [0002] With the continuous deepening of my country's economic and social development, the continuous advancement of ecological civilization and the construction of a beautiful China, people's demand for the diversity of ornamental plant species is increasing day by day. Rhododendron is an important plant group of Rhododendron (Ericaceae) and one of the top ten famous flowers in my country. It has important economic value and ornamental value, and occupies an important position in urban greening and garden beautification. At present, there are about 967 species of Rhododendron plants in the world, with more than 30,000 species, most of which are bred by cross breeding. Due to the late introduction...
