The refrigeration system comprises a cascade refrigeration compressor, an evaporator and a liquid nitrogen refrigeration device, the liquid nitrogen refrigeration device comprises a liquid nitrogen tank (1), an electromagnetic valve (2) and a liquid nitrogen flow dividing and leading-out pipeline (3), an outlet of the liquid nitrogen flow dividing and leading-out pipeline (3) is formed in the box body, and a time relay of the electromagnetic valve (2) of the liquid nitrogen refrigeration device is connected with a relay of the cascade refrigeration compressor in parallel; and the electric heater, the cascade refrigeration compressor and the circulating fan are all electrically connected with the PLC control system, the temperature control sensor and the temperature controller for temperature protection are electrically connected with the PLC control system, and the PLC control system is connected with the touch screen.
