The invention discloses a fuel cell liquid supply system and a fuel cell. The fuel cell comprises an electrolyte box, a cleaning liquid box, a first three-way valve, a liquid inlet pump and a fuel cell reactor, wherein the electrolyte box is provided with a first liquid outlet and a first liquid return port; the cleaning liquid box is provided with a second liquid outlet and a second liquid return opening; the first three-way valve is provided with a first inlet, a second inlet and a first outlet, the first inlet is communicated with the first liquid outlet, the second inlet is communicated with the second liquid outlet, and the first three-way valve is switched between a first communication state in which the first inlet is communicated with the first outlet and a second communication state in which the second inlet is communicated with the first outlet; the liquid inlet pump is provided with a pump inlet and a pump outlet, and the pump inlet is communicated with the first outlet; and the fuel cell reactor has a discharge port and a discharge port, and the pump outlet is communicated with the discharge port.
